Services 

Front of the House

  • Host/Hostess
    The first and last impression the guest has at our restaurants; needs to have a great phone voice, ability to greet guest warmly over phone and in person; understand waiter sections and seating logistics; ability to multi task, answer phone and take to-go orders; complete understanding of POS system; confidence in being able to answer questions and up-sell over phone and in person; complete understanding of table layout/table numbers/position numbers; assist in table management including running food and clearing/resetting tables; courteous, engaging, well groomed.
  • Waiter
    The ultimate sales person to ensure your and the business’ success; personable with the ability to talk to any customer, make menu suggestions according to likes/dislikes, suggestive up-sell; full knowledge of the menu/wine list/cocktail list/beer list including accommodation of dietary restrictions; understand table management with ability to turn tables; suggestive sell appetizers/desserts/coffee/after dinner drinks when appropriate; ability to multi-task as a team member including run food, answer phone, meet/greet/seat customer; complete understanding of POS system; courteous, engaging, well groomed.
  • Bartender
    The ultimate sales person to ensure your and the business’ success; personable with the ability to talk to any customer, make menu suggestions according to likes/dislikes, suggestive up-sell; complete understanding of cocktail/wine/beer list, fluid understanding of drinks preparation; full knowledge of the menu/wine list/cocktail list/beer list including accommodation of dietary restrictions; understand table management with ability to turn tables; suggestive sell appetizers/desserts/coffee/after dinner drinks when appropriate; ability to multi-task as a team member including run food, answer phone, meet/greet/seat customer; complete understanding of POS system.; courteous, engaging, well groomed.
  • Assistant Manager
    All abilities of waiter/bartender plus ability to problem solve large and small issues with confidence; understanding of all front and back of house functions; ability to plug into any and every position in front and back of house; willingness to achieve and create a well-trained team with ability to motivate and hire/fire if necessary; complete understanding of POS system and office computer systems; opening and closing duties; handling of cash; problem resolution ability with guests/employees; courteous, engaging, well groomed.
  • Manager
    The team leader; complete knowledge of all positions in front and back of house; knowledge and ability to train staff, self-motivated, multi-task oriented, willingness to over-achieve; ability to confidently interface with staff, public/other management/owners; self assured in hiring/firing; be fair and balanced with all employees; complete and total understanding of all functions of POS/office systems with ability to make all necessary changes and maintain high efficiency; confident in crisis situation; courteous, engaging, well groomed.
Kitchen 

Back of the House

  • Pizza Build Station
    Complete understanding of health code; practiced in pizza dough stretch/toss; thorough understanding of all pizza build station food toppings/dough/sauce and proper portioning; understanding of wood burning pizza oven and pizza cooking/finishing; ability to multi-task; confident in all prep items on station; ability to properly open/close station; ability to create opening/closing prep list; comfortable interacting with customers.; courteous, engaging, well groomed.
  • Pasta/Salad/Dessert Station
    Complete understanding of health code; confident in proper pasta cooking; thorough understanding of all pasta/salad/dessert station food items and ingredients; portion control oriented; understanding of pasta station equipment including safe knife handling; ability to multi-task; knowledge of all prep & production items on station; ability to open/close station; ability to create opening/closing prep list; comfortable interacting with customers.; courteous, engaging, well groomed.
  • Prep Station
    Complete understanding of health code; multi task oriented and self motivated; attention to detail and task completion with high level of autonomy; willingness to cross train; ability to organize walk-in and dry storage areas; proficient at FIFO rotation methods as well as clear label/date methods; understanding of big picture/end user and knowledge of products; confident in math/conversion, scaling and recipe following; ability to create opening/closing prep list; understanding of prep station equipment including safe knife handling methods; courteous, engaging, well groomed.
  • Dishwasher/Prep
    Complete understanding of health code; all knowledge of prep position; full knowledge of working the dishwasher machinery; understand all china, glass and silverware items and know where their storage location is; hand washing certain items in the wash-rinse-sanitize sinks; empty and clean all trash receptacles; clean and maintain a tidy dish storage area and prep kitchen area; understand and follow sanitation policies at all times; provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed; perform opening-closing and side work duties; report any sanitation or janitorial issues to management; courteous, engaging, well groomed.
  • Sous Chef
    Second-in-command in kitchen; maintain a full understanding of all kitchen positions with ability and willingness to jump into any position on the line when necessary; full knowledge of all equipment and functions of all kitchen equipment; maintain all health code regulations at all times; proficient in all stations in kitchen; ability to problem solve when needed and necessary; ability to manage other employees; write and maintain kitchen schedule; recipe development; manage all food ordering, inventory levels and food costs; receiving of all food/chemical/paper supplies/all kitchen ingredients; maintain a safe and productive work environment; be fair and balanced with all employees; comfortable interacting with customers.; courteous, engaging, well groomed.
  • Chef
